So I just had to send an unfortunate email to my college roommate. It read:

What day in December is already fully booked for the Anchor tour, and has been since the beginning of the month? That’s right, the 22nd. The 21st is still open, and it sounded like the 27th is open (they’ll be closed the 25th & 26th). I think you’re going to need to come out on some random Wednesday, or better yet, you should just move out here, then we could go whenever. If you want to try for an earlier or later day in December, let me know and I’ll call.

For the last year or so, he and I have been trying to go on the tour at the Anchor Brewing Company. Unfortunately we’ve had a hard time getting to do so because you need to make reservation. Being as he lives on the other side of the country, and only sporadically makes it out to the Bay Area, we are limited to the times we could go. The problem is further compounded by the fact that his trips out come on short notice or are around the holidays when everyone else thinks of going on the tour. Maybe we could go on the tour of the Budweiser factory in Fairfield, though somehow I don’t think that be nearly the same.
