Well cheers to Sierra Nevada. Man not only posted snarky complaint on his blog. Man also sent email to the Sierra Nevada Brewery alerting them to the situation at Murio’s Trophy Room (the flat beer, not the fraudulent “service”).

Not all that surprisingly I received a response. It read in part:

…what you have to say is indeed of paramount importance to us, because the presentation of our product in the marketplace means everything.

By cc of this message, I am alerting our San Francisco sales managers… They will look into this situation, and thank you for taking the time to write.
