Last night the Internet was running slow. Sometimes I think it’s AT&T’s fault (or is that at&t?) and sometimes I think it’s our router. Either way, I was having trouble placing an order on Amazon. Since they were guaranteeing that super saving shipping would arrive by the 24th for orders placed by Monday the 17th, I figure “no big deal, I’ll do it tomorrow.”

Well this morning I wake-up, go to Radio Paradise and punch in the search for the item on Amazon (I use the Amazon search on the RP site so they get a 5% kick back on whatever I purchase). I click on the item and to my surprise the thing is $32 more! Mind you, this is only 8 hours later. Apparently making one’s life easier by shopping online costs $32. Stupid Internet.

PS To anyone that suggests that this is actually a story about procrastination, I say “I’m blocking you’re IP address.”
